Serve our Mixed Seed, Quinoa, Carrot and Coriander Bakes with a red onion and rocket salad for a simply heavenly light meal that’s quick and easy too! While the bakes are cooking, toss the salad with your favourite tangy dressing, add a few oven roasted tomatoes, and tuck right in!
Simply heat up…
1. Preheat oven to: Electric 200°c/Fan Oven 180°c/Gas Mark 4
2. Remove bakes from packaging and place on a baking tray
3. Cook in the centre of the oven
From chilled: 15-20 mins From frozen: 35-40 mins
4. Serve piping hot with whatever else makes you go gosh!
