Mushroom, Puy Lentil and Butter Bean Burger
Make a meal of our Mushroom, Puy Lentil and Butter Bean Burgers by serving them up with a side of irresistible sweet potato fries. Slice and season your sweet potato before cooking, add the burgers to the oven after 10 minutes and cook for another 15-20 minutes. Add a good helping of hot salsa to finish.
Simply heat up…
1. Preheat oven to: Electric 200°c/Fan Oven 180°c/Gas Mark 4
2. Remove burgers from packaging and place on a baking tray
3. Cook in the centre of the oven
From chilled: 15-20 mins From frozen: 35-40 mins
4. Serve piping hot with whatever else makes you go gosh!
