Sweetcorn and Quinoa Bites
These bite-sized Sweetcorn and Quinoa Bites are just begging to be dipped in a lovely dollop of creamy guacamole. Pop the bites in the oven, then mix crushed avocado with red onion, coriander, and a kick of chilli. Serve with a dressed green leaf salad for a quick and easy flavour sensation.
Simply heat up…
1. Preheat oven to: Electric 200°c/Fan Oven 180°c/Gas Mark 4
2. Remove bites from packaging and place on a baking tray
3. Cook in the centre of the oven
From chilled: 8-10 mins From frozen: 10-12mins
4. Serve piping hot with whatever else makes you go gosh!
