BEetroot, Kale and quinoa Burger
Serve up your Gosh! Beetroot, Kale & Quinoa Burgers with a side of mango and spinach salad. Simply toss baby kale, spinach, sliced mango and spring onion together with an aromatic dressing of chilli oil, chopped mint and lime juice. The sweet tang of the salad complements the burgers perfectly – you can even sprinkle on some pomegranate seeds for an extra boost of flavour!
1. Preheat oven to: Electric 200C/Fan Oven 180C/Gas Mark 6
2. Remove burgers from packaging & place on a baking tray
3. Cook in the centre of the oven
From chilled: 15-20 mins From frozen: 35-40 mins
4. Serve piping hot with whatever else makes you go Gosh!
